Ingredients
1. Mixed salad
veggies- Broccoli,Cucumber,Baby spinach, ,red Onion
2. 1 Avocado
, peeled, cubed
3. Coriander
leaves
4. 1 tbs
Lime Juice
5. Salt
& Pepper
6. Garlic- 1
clove
7. Olive
oil- 1-2 tbsp
8. Strawberries
Blanch Broccoli
Boil water with a pinch of salt and vinegar.
Let broccoli florets blanch in this boiling water for a
minute.

1. Cut all
the veggies into small cubes. Add blanched broccoli.
2. To make
Cilantro-Lime Vinaigrette
Puree coriander leaves, garlic,lime juice, salt ,pepper and
olive oil in a blender until smooth.
3. Top the
veggies with this dressing and serve chilled.
