So here is a simple recipe for Wheat Laddu/Laddoo.This is a healthy Laddoo for kids especially. This recipe contains wheat flour and nuts with some butter and sugar.Replace butter with low fat margarine and sugar with Jaggery/sugar substitute .Then this can be a completely healthy snack. So here we go.. Ingredients Wheat flour (atta)- 2 cups Sugar-Powdered-1 cup Almonds-1/2 cup Milk-2 tbsp Butter/Margarine- 2-3 tbsp Cardamom-2 nos Method Of Preparation 1.Heat a non stick pan and dry fry wheat for 3-5 minutes until light brown. 2.Now add the butter/margarine and mix well with a spatula.Butter should coat all the wheat flour nicely and let this fry for 3-4 minutes.Now a nice aroma emerges. 3.Add in the powdered sugar.Sugar has been powdered along with whole cardamoms.
