Flax Seed Muffins recipe
One of the readers requested me to post some recipes with flax seed.So I hope she is reading this . Flax seeds are the most nutritious meal .Its very low in Cholesterol and Sodium. It contains high levels of dietary fiber. Flax seeds lower cholesterol. It has a great medicinal value. So include flax seeds in your every day diet. Every morning, you can even take a tablespoon of flax seed powder dissolved in water. Add some flax seed powder with any other flour in any of your recipes such as pan cake or baked items.
