Goan Fish Curry

Ingredients 1.Fish-Any White Fish-(I used 'Indian spiny turbot')- 2.Tomato-1 no 3.Onion-1 no 4.Curry Leaves- 5.Oil-1 tbsp 6.Mustard seeds- 7.Coriander leaves- 8.coconut milk-1 cup 2.For Masala Cloves-4-5 Cardamom-1 no Garlic-4-5 pods Ginger-1 small piece Cumin powder-1tsp Chilly Powder-11/2 tbsp Turmeric-1tsp Sugar-1tsp Salt-to taste Coriander Powder-1 tbsp White Vinegar-1 tbsp Method Of Preparation Make a paste with all the ingredients above. Heat Oil in a sauce pan.Add chopped Onion.When it turns light brown,add the masala paste.Mix well and cook until oil separates. Now add tomato and cook until almost dry. Add coconut milk and water.Cook until sauce thickens.Add the fish and cook well. Tampering In 1 tsp oil,splutter mustard seeds,add curry leaves and pour over the curry. Garnish with coriander leaves.Serve with rice. ENJOY!!

Mortadella Sandwich

Ingredients (Here is the ingredients for 2 sandwiches) Mortadella-4 slices Olive oil-1 tsp Burger bun/Brioche buns sliced horizontally- Lettuce leaves- Chilly Mayonnaise-2 tsp Mustard paste-2tsp Boiled Chick peas-2 tbsp Salt and Pepper- Method 1.Toast the burger bun (after cutting it into 2 halves) in a splash of Olive oil. 2. Cook the mortadella slices on a hot dry skillet until brown.This will take almost 2 minutes on one side and then flip it and cook for 2 more minutes. 3.Apply mayo and mustard on the bun slices(I used chilly mayonnaise).  Then top it with 2 slices of mortadella,chick peas,lettuce leaves and close the sandwich with the other half. Today,no diet plans or talks about healthy diet.Sharing this rich,creamy Italian pasta recipe. Ingredients Here measurements are according to your taste.You can add cheese and butter  generously as you like. Fettuccine Alfredo- 5-6 no Butter- Shallots-4-6 no Garlic-2 cloves Cream- Milk-2 tbsp Thyme-1 tsp Parsley- Salt and Pepper- Method of preparation Step 1. Boil fresh water with salt.Cook pasta till al dente.Additionally,I added 1 tsp Thyme and a tsp of olive oil to the water. Step2. Make Alfredo sauce. For this heat a pan.Melt butter.Add in shallots chopped,garlic chopped and salt.Let it become tender.Now add in the cream and 2 tbsp milk.Season with more salt and pepper.Stir and boil the cream without burning it. Finally add 1/2 of Parmesan cheese to this. Step3. Sieve Pasta and wash it with cold water. Now pour the Alfredo sauce on the cooked pasta. Add lots of Parmesan on top.Garnish with parsley ch...

This is a very easy Lebanese dessert recipe,which is similar to Indian Royal Hyderabadi dessert "Shahi Tukra" or "Double Ka Meeta". Hot Fudge Pudding Cake

Hot chocolate fudge pudding recipe is a very simple dessert.Serve it with Ice cream if you like.But this as such is so delicious.Very few ingredients and so quick to cook.Here is the recipe. 90% of this recipe is adapted from Betty Crocker's recipe. Ingredients 1.All purpose flour- 11/2cup 2.Sugar-3/4 cup 3.Baking powder-2tsp 4.Cocoa powder-2tbsp 5.Salt-1 pinch 6.Milk-1/2 cup 7.Veg.Oil-2tbsp Brown Sugar-2tbsp Cocoa-1/4 cup (for topping) Hot water-1/4 cup Method Of Preparation 1.Preheat oven to 180 degrees. 2. Mix dry ingredients from 1-5 very well. Add in veg.oil and then milk and make a smooth batter. 3.Now spread this in an ungreased baking dish. 4.Make a layer of cocoa and brown sugar on this batter. 5.Now pour 1/4 cup very hot water on to this.Do not stir. 6.Now bake this for 30-40 minutes,until top part gets dry. This is one of the easiest yet healthy salad.Easy to prepare with a very simple dressing.Kids would devour this for sure. Ingredients Any veggies and fruits you like I used Cucumber,Carrot,strawberries,grapes and Kidney beans-1 cup 2.Almonds- 3.Honey-1tsp 4.Salt-a pinch 5.Vinegar/lime juice-1tsp Method Of Preparation Cut all the veggies and fruits.Sprinkle salt,honey and Vinegar .Add almonds.Mix everything well. Unbelievably tasty salad is ready in minutes. Crunchy,sweet and sour salad will be your favorite now. ENJOY..
