Bread Pudding

Ingredients  Bread Slices – 6no
Milk – 2 cups Sugar – ½ cup Eggs- 2 no Vanilla essence – 1 tsp
Method of Preparation Soak Bread slices in milk and mix well.
Beat 2 eggs with ½ cup sugar and vanilla essence until smooth and fluffy.

Add the milk-bread mixture and beat again for a minute. Pour in to baking dish and bake at 350 for 35 minutes.

(Until golden brown crest on top. Inside should be very soft.)

Potato Salad with Mint and Veggies

This Potato Salad is an innovated recipe inspired from the Classic Potato Salad, just to make it healthier with many veggies, rather than only Potatoes. And the Mint gives it a unique flavor that no one can resist. Ingredients
Potatoes – 2 Large ( Cooked and Mashed) Chopped Veggies (of your choice) – 1 small cup
(I used Cucumber, carrot & Bell Pepper)
Mint leaves chopped – ¼-1/2 cup Mayonnaise – 1 -2 tbsp
Hard Boiled Eggs – 4 no
Method of Preparation Mix all the veggies with mashed potatoes. Don’t forget to slightly crush the mint leaves while mixing. Add in salt. Mix this with 2 tbsp of Mayonnaise . Mix  in eggs. Sprinkle Paprika powder on top. Cover and refrigerate to blend flavors.

Strawberry Pudding~kids recipe

Fresh Strawberries are not only delicious, but also, it’s a pleasure for the eye. They look Divine .
That’s why kids also love it. Its sweet fragrance is really endearing.

Deep Royal Red, fleshy edible part of the fruits is actually, not true berries, though its name is Strawberry.
Now some significant facts about this magical fruit.
Studies say that: This small fruit can be a natural alternative to many medicines. They help in 1. Cancer Prevention 2. Alzheimer’s Disease Prevention.
3. Cardiovascular Health.
4. Strawberries are an excellent source of dietary fiber and Vitamins C and K.
So,Don't you think you should add this fruit to your daily diet?
This pudding is the result of my experiment. Delicious and healthy, for sure. No artificial color or essence added.
Ingredients Fresh Strawberries –8-10 no Sugar- 6 tbsp
Milk – 1 cup
All Purpose flour -1 tbsp
Whipping cream – ½ cup

Indian Fish Fry

All of you make fish fry; there is nothing new to it. But this is my home made recipe for Fish fry.
It’s really tasty and different.
Try out!
Ingredients Fish (of your choice)– 4 pieces For the Marinade Turmeric Powder – ¼ tsp
Chilly Powder- 1tsp
Coriander Powder – ½ tsp
Ginger garlic paste – ½ tsp Shallots- 2 no
Curry leaves -1tbsp Lemon Juice – 1 tsp
Black Pepper – ½ tsp
Cilantro – 2 tbsp. Salt - to taste
Grind these to make a fine paste.
Apply this Marinade on the fish pieces. Keep aside for 15 minutes.
Now take 2 tbsp All purpose flour .Coat the dry flour on the fish pieces.
Grill the fish for 4-5 minutes.
