Banana fool.
A fool is an English dessert generally made by mixing pureed fruit,whipped cream, sugar, and possibly a flavoring agent like rose water.
Heavy cream
Biscuits - 6
Rose Syrup
Method Of Preparation
Peel and mash banana.
Beat cream and sugar.
Fold in mashed Banana.
Now take a long glass.
Put some coarse biscuit powder .
Add some rose syrup .
Then add cream banana mix.

Top it with Crushed biscuit and rose syrup.
Chill and Banana Fool is Ready to serve!

Substitute Banana with berries or any other fruit .
Easiest dessert ever!!!



Khaman Dhokla(Spicy & Healthy Rice Cakes )

Khaman Dhokla.
(Khaman Dhokla is a healthy Breakfast Item from Indian State Gujarat.)
Today, I m going to introduce you to a very popular breakfast item in Gujarat (Indian State), but I think not many from other parts of the world would be acquainted with this snack.
Khaman Dhokla is a very healthy dish made from Raw Rice, Black gram (uraad daal) and Split Chickpeas (Chana daal).
Good part is that you can store the batter for 4-5 days...so all those working moms, this recipe is for you especially...
1. Raw Rice -- 1 cup

2. Split Chick peas (Chana daal) --- 1 cup
3. Black gram (Urad daal) --- 1/2 cup
4. Butter Milk - 1 cup
5. Ginger paste - 1 tsp
6.Green Chilly Paste - 1 tsp
7.Salt - According to the taste
8.Asafoetida  - 1/4 tsp
9.Baking Soda - 1/4 tsp
10.Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
11.Mustard Seeds - 1tsp
12.Grated Coconut - To Garnish

Soak the pulses in water along with the  rice  for 5-6 hours.
Then grind it adding sour butter milk,salt and Turmeric powder.
Batter should be thick, say dropping consistency.
(For better result,You can ferment this batter for 8 hours)

Now add Ginger paste 1 tsp and green chilly paste 1 tsp.
Add 1/4 tsp Baking Soda and pour 1 tsp hot water on the Soda ,mix the batter well.
Pour into greased baking tin, bake until done (3-4 minutes) on Microwave High power.
For Seasoning
Heat 1tabsp oil, splutter 1tsp Mustard seeds,add a pinch of asafoetida, Curry Leaves and slit green chillies.
Add 2tbsp water to this and pour the whole mixture over the Cake/Dhokla taken out from Microwave.

Cut this into squares and garnish with grated coconut and chopped Cilantro.

Enjoy Khaman Dhokla with Coconut-Cilantro chutney.

Very tasty, just try once then I am sure, you will accept it as one of your favourite snacks.

Delicious Hot Chocolate

Cocoa Powder – 2 table spoon
Sugar - 2 tsp
Coffee powder- 1tsp
Boiled Milk- 1 cup
Water – ½ cup
Fresh Cream- 1-2 tsp(optional)
Vanilla – 1 tsp
Method Of Preparation
In a sauce pan, boil ½ cup water.
Add in cocoa powder (I used Hershey’s Cocoa), sugar, Coffee powder and stir well. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly.
When it starts boiling, add in milk 1cup and stir well. Heat well, does not boil. Remove from heat.
Add in Vanilla.
Mix in some cream, and whisk until foamy.
Instead of cream you can top it with marshmallows, it will be a variation.
Delicious Hot Chocolate Drink is ready to serve !!!


Mango Parfait-Perfect Summer Dessert

Mango Parfait  is a perfect summer dessert for you and your family.

Easiest Dessert Ever!!!!
1. Yogurt – 1cup
(Take ‘hung curd ‘to avoid excess water in the yogurt. To make hung curd, hang required amount of curd in a muslin cloth for an hour for draining the liquid out. )
2. Icing sugar/Powdered sugar – 2tbsp
3. Mango – 1-2 numbers
4. Crushed Ice –Optional
5. Cut Mango pieces – As per your taste.
6. Maple Syrup/Honey – As per your taste.
Method of Preparation
1. Mix in sugar into yogurt.
2. Puree 1 mango.
3. Spoon 1/4 portion of  mango puree into a glass. Top with 1/2 cup yogurt.

Spoon cut mango chunks to this .Add in Maple Syrup/Honey to this.
Top with remaining yogurt and mango puree. On top add crushed ice.

4. Repeat the layers as per the size of your glass.
Mango Parfait is a chilled dessert .
