Pepper Gobi

cauliflower grilled in pepper and soya sauce

Pepper Gobi is a grilled fry made from cauliflower in pepper and soy sauce.
Very delicious and healthy.Cauliflower has got great nutritional value as it contains high amount of folate, vitamin C and dietary fiber.
 Ingredients
Cauliflower florets-Big pieces
Garlic chopped-2-3 cloves
Ginger-garlic paste-2tsp
Onion-1 big no
Corn flower-2 tbsp
Pepper-1 tbsp
Soy sauce-1 -2 tsp
Salt-to taste
Parsley leaves-
Method Of Preparation
1.Clean the florets under running water.Then dip them for 6-8 minutes in boiling water after adding salt and 1/2 tsp vinegar to the water.Drain.

2. Marinate with ginger garlic paste,salt,pepper,soy sauce and cornflower  with out adding water.

3.Grill it on a grill pan after adding very little oil.
When it's almost done,add onion and garlic chopped ;more pepper and soy sauce if you prefer.

ENJOY healthy pepper Gobi with  Fried rice.

Fried Rice With Minced Meat

Fried rice comes from Chinese cuisine.But Chinese barely add minced meat to the Fried rice,but why not think out of the box? We can call this an Indo-Chinese fusion recipe.
This particular dish turned out to be very tasty and satisfying.  
Ingredients
The Vegetables for Fried rice
Onion-
Spring onion
Carrot-1no
Bell pepper-1no
Baby Corn-
Ginger-
Garlic-2 cloves
And a)2 cups of Long grain rice.
b)Garlic chopped
c)Dry red chilly-crushed 2nos.
d) Worcester sauce-1 tbsp
For Keema(Minced Meat)
Minced meat-250g
Pepper-1 tbsp
Salt-
Ginger-garlic paste-1 tbsp
Method
1.First cook Long grain rice.
2.Cook minced meat with salt,pepper,ginger-garlic paste and very little water .Keep aside.
3.In a wok,add 1 tbsp oil.Saute crushed garlic and dry red chilies.
Now add all the veggies and 1 tsp Worcester sauce.When its half cooked add the prepared meat mixture and saute well until color changes to dark brown.
Now add remaining Worcester sauce and rice.Mix well,add plenty of spring onion on top.Now close the lid and simmer for 5-8 minutes.
Serve hot.
