(You can follow this blog by clicking the ‘Follow’ button at the right side, or click the Face book ‘Like’ button below .Thank you for visiting my blog :-)) Hey , it’s snack  time!!!! I always ( to a certain extend) have tried to add some healthy recipes here .But snacking is real fun, and healthy snacking is good for our body also. Only thing is that, we should try to keep a time for snacking. Avocad o is Mexican in origin and packed with mono saturated fat.Avocado  speeds up metabolism and thus helps to loose weight. Monounsaturated fats help lower LDL (bad) cholesterol while also boosting HDL (good) cholesterol. This recipe is also called Guacamole. You can serve this with Nachos/Tortilla corn chips. Add in finely chopped

Very happy to know that so many out there are finding my recipes useful. If you find it interesting, you can follow this blog by clicking the button at the right side, or click the Facebook ‘Like’ button below . Here is a simple recipe using Meal maker or Soya Chunks. Is Soy healthy? It’s a topic of debate today. In my opinion, we can take it once in a while, not making it part of our every day diet. This fact applies to Tofu or any other Soy product. Soy has good Protein content in it. Let’s enjoy a simple and delicious curry, which can be served with any kind of Bread. Shall we start? Ingredients Soya chunks – 1 cup Onion - 1 big Tomato - 1 Big Ginger-Garlic paste- 1 tsp Cardamom and cinnamon – powdered 2 tsp Turmeric powder- ½ tsp Red chilly powder- 2 tsp Coriander powder – 1 tbsp Tomato sauce – 1 tsp Cilantro – To taste Sugar - 1 tsp Milk-4tbsp Salt - To taste Method of preparation Step1 Wash Soy chunks and soak it in cold water for 15 minutes.
