Fettuccine Alfredo


Today,no diet plans or talks about healthy diet.Sharing this rich,creamy Italian pasta recipe.
Ingredients
Here measurements are according to your taste.You can add cheese and butter  generously as you like.
Fettuccine Alfredo- 5-6 no

Butter-
Shallots-4-6 no
Garlic-2 cloves
Cream-
Milk-2 tbsp
Thyme-1 tsp
Parsley-
Salt and Pepper-
Method of preparation
Step 1.
Boil fresh water with salt.Cook pasta till al dente.Additionally,I added 1 tsp Thyme and a tsp of olive oil to the water.
Step2.
Make Alfredo sauce.
For this heat a pan.Melt butter.Add in shallots chopped,garlic chopped and salt.Let it become tender.Now add in the cream and 2 tbsp milk.Season with more salt and pepper.Stir and boil the cream without burning it.
Finally add 1/2 of Parmesan cheese to this.


Step3.
Sieve Pasta and wash it with cold water.


Now pour the Alfredo sauce on the cooked pasta.


Add lots of Parmesan on top.Garnish with parsley chopped.
