Mint Chicken Recipe (Low-Fat)

Another very quick and easy dry chicken recipe.You can serve this with Coconut-Rice or curried chicken or veggies.
Ingredients
Skinless Chicken- 200g
Onion- 1 big sliced
Ginger- ½ inch piece
Garlic – 2 cloves
Mint leaves – bountiful
Chilly powder – 2 tsp
Coriander powder – 2 tsp
Salt – To taste
Spices crushed- 1 tsp (Cardamom, Cinnamon, Cloves and Fennel seeds)
Optional
Potato – 1 medium cut into cubes
Coconut small pieces -2 tbsp
Method of Preparation
Clean and cut chicken.
Make a paste of ginger, garlic and mint leaves.
Marinate chicken with onion slices, Spices, Chilly, coriander, salt and the mint paste .Add in potatoes and coconut pieces.
Rub in this marinade well into the chicken and keep aside for 2 hours.
Cook this well (in a pressure cooker)
Now, heat a skillet, add in a tsp of oil. Sauté the chicken with the marinade until it turns to dry and reddish brown in color.
Serve with plain rice, Chapattis or Bread.
Instead, you can serve it with this exotic Coconut-Rice .

The World Health Organisation (WHO) observes APRIL 7 as the World Health Day   to draw attention to their priorities for global health.April 7 is also the anniversary of founding of WHO in 1948.
