Bread Upma

Ingredients Bread -6-8 no Onion -1 no Potato- 1 no Green chilly- 2nos Turmeric powder-1/4 tsp Chilly powder -1/4 tsp Salt- To taste Asafetida-a pinch Method Of Preparation Cut the bread into pieces. Boil 1 Potato .Peel and cut into pieces. Heat oil and add mustard. When it starts popping, add asafetida and curry leaves. Add turmeric powder and chilly powder. Sauté well. Now add chopped onion and green chilly. Add salt to taste. Now add potato and bread pieces .Drizzle some water, and mix well. This Upma can be served with tomato ketch up and kids would love this. You can use whole meal bread to make it healthy.  Serve hot.

Kerala Fish Fry(Pepper Fish Fry)

 The cuisine of KERALA is very rich and has roots in the History, with a myriad variety of both vegetarian and non vegetarian dishes.  Kerala food has a big role in attracting  tourists to Kerala as much as its scenic beauty. Today’s recipe is authentic Kerala Fish Fry using whole pepper corns. This recipe is inspired by the “Karimeen Pollichathu” (fish fry in banana leaf); we got from Kumarakam house boat. You can find more delicious Kerala cuisine here . We can use any fish, I used King Fish. Ingredients Fish – ½ kgs Turmeric powder- 1 tsp Red chilly powder-1/2 tsp Green chilly -1 no Garlic cloves-2 no Pepper corns-2tbsp Salt Oil to fry Method of Preparation Marinate King Fish with salt, turmeric and red chilly powder and keep refrigerated for 15 minutes. Green beans is a common ingredient in almost all vegetarian dishes; Today's recipe is a bit different from what we make normally,at home .Tried to make it  less oily,less spicy and so healthy. You can serve it with plain rice or bread. Green Beans or French Beans are low in calories and packed with nutrients. It is rich in dietary fiber, has excellent levels of Vitamin A. Try to select tender beans .It contains healthy amounts of minerals like iron, calcium, magnesium, manganese, and potassium, which are very essential for body metabolism. Triple Chocolate Pudding

Triple Chocolate Pudding This is again an innovated recipe. This is a very simple but very delicious Pudding for kid’s .As the name suggests, there are three kinds of chocolate flavor in this recipe. Ingredients 1. Chocolate Biscuits- 8-10 (as per the size of the pudding dish) 2. Dark Cooking chocolate – 3. Melted Chocolate – 4 tbsp 4. Cream- 150g 5. Sugar – ½ cup 6. Vanilla essence- 1tsp Method of preparation It’s so simple. Beat cream with sugar until fluffy. Add in vanilla essence. Arrange chocolate biscuits in a pudding dish; slowly pour ½ of the cream mix on top of the biscuits without disturbing them. Now pour in a layer of melted chocolate. Again very slowly, pour in the remaining cream mix .Now cover the pudding with grated chocolate. Freeze for ½ an hour. Delicious triple chocolate pudding is ready to serve.
