Mutton /Lamb Masala
Step1
Fry 1 cup Onion in 2 tsp oil until dark brown.
Step2Marinate Mutton pieces (500 gm) with
½ Turmeric Powder,
2tsp Chilly powder,1tbsp ginger Garlic paste,
Salt to taste,
1tbsp Coriander powder,
Mint leaves, Curryleaves,
½ cup Fried onions,
Pureed Tomato (1 big).
Keep refrigerated for 2-6 hrs.
Cook it with 4tbsp water in a Pressure cooker until well done.
Now transfer this to a wide pan and add ½ cup fried Onion, Mint leaves and make it dry on high flame until oil starts appearing.
