This recipe is very Indian,delicious and flavorful. Lean Beef i s said to be very healthy; high in iron,protein and B-complex vitamins. This recipe uses very less oil.Beef supplies abundant amount of key nutrients needed for us especially children. Kerala beef ularth   is a must try dish when ever you get a chance.This is the same recipe;I had acquired from an expert cook and family friend. Well,those who don't eat beef,please ignore this post. INGREDIENTS Beef-250 g Whole Garam masala-powdered Ginger-garlic paste-1tbsp Onion-1 no Shallots -8-10 nos Curry leaves- Chilly powder-1-2 tbsp(as per your taste) Salt- Turmeric-1/2 tsp Coriander powder-2tbsp Meat Masala powder-1 tbsp Coconut -grated/pieces if available Mix all the ingredients with the beef (mixing with the hands is the best for this) Now in a pressure cooker,pour in 2 tsp oil(preferably coconut oil)and add the mix. Mushroom Pepper Fry

Mushroom Pepper fry is a very simple and quick recipe. You can have this with Fried Rice . Try this method and enjoy the fabulous taste at home. Cleaning mushroom in proper method is the most important part. Coat the mushrooms with some salt, turmeric and all purpose flour. Keep aside for 5 minutes. Now wash them under running water.  This is to remove any poisonous substances from it. Now boil 1 cup water, add salt and turmeric powder. Put the cleaned mushrooms in this water for 2 minutes. Now mushrooms are ready to cook. Ingredients Cleaned Mushroom-1 cup Pepper powder-1tbsp Salt-to taste Curry leaves- Onion-1 big finely chopped.
