Beef Fry

This recipe is very Indian,delicious and flavorful. Lean Beef i s said to be very healthy; high in iron,protein and B-complex vitamins. This recipe uses very less oil.Beef supplies abundant amount of key nutrients needed for us especially children. Kerala beef ularth is a must try dish when ever you get a chance.This is the same recipe;I had acquired from an expert cook and family friend. Well,those who don't eat beef,please ignore this post. INGREDIENTS Beef-250 g Whole Garam masala-powdered Ginger-garlic paste-1tbsp Onion-1 no Shallots -8-10 nos Curry leaves- Chilly powder-1-2 tbsp(as per your taste) Salt- Turmeric-1/2 tsp Coriander powder-2tbsp Meat Masala powder-1 tbsp Coconut -grated/pieces if available Mix all the ingredients with the beef (mixing with the hands is the best for this) Now in a pressure cooker,pour in 2 tsp oil(preferably coconut oil)and add the mix.
