Mango Parfait-Perfect Summer Dessert
Easiest Dessert Ever!!!!
1. Yogurt – 1cup
(Take ‘hung curd ‘to avoid excess water in the yogurt. To make hung curd, hang required amount of curd in a muslin cloth for an hour for draining the liquid out. )
2. Icing sugar/Powdered sugar – 2tbsp
3. Mango – 1-2 numbers
4. Crushed Ice –Optional
5. Cut Mango pieces – As per your taste.
6. Maple Syrup/Honey – As per your taste.
Method of Preparation
1. Mix in sugar into yogurt.
2. Puree 1 mango.
3. Spoon 1/4 portion of mango puree into a glass. Top with 1/2 cup yogurt.
Spoon cut mango chunks to this .Add in Maple Syrup/Honey to this.
Top with remaining yogurt and mango puree. On top add crushed ice.
4. Repeat the layers as per the size of your glass.
Mango Parfait is a chilled dessert .
