Today,at this happy occasion, sharing a Party recipe . Stuffed Bell Peppers,Chinese version.We have many varieties of Stuffed Bell Peppers from different cuisines around the world.We have Spanish,Indian,Italian,Arabic,Mediterranean,Mexican,American and many more varieties with ingredients from their particular cuisine. Let's go for the Chinese version.I am using potato and white rice as the filling,but traditionally,they use ground pork for this.So,all those vegetarians out there,this recipe is for you and of course,others can replace with pork/beef. As always,I am not sticking to traditional recipe. I can guarantee the taste,Chinese flavor of the dish and also that this is cooked healthy. Ingredients Potato-1 big boiled and cut into chunks Fresh Pineapple pieces-4 tbsp Cucumber-1 cut into small pieces Peanuts- Salt and pepper- Mayo-2 tbsp Milk-2 tsp Method Of preparation Mix all the veggies and drizzle some salt and pepper. Cutlets are a favorite evening snack..It is  perfect for an elegant dinner or lunch Party. This can be a healthy snack for kids,since here we are going to shallow fry these in very less oil. Ingredients Mutton Minced-200g Boiled Potato-1 big Ginger garlic paste -1 tbsp Onion -1 big chopped Green chilli-2 nos Cloves,Cardamom and Cinnamon-Powdered -1-2 tsp Turmeric powder-1 tsp Chilly powder-1tbsp Meat Masala Powder-(optional)-1 tbsp-This gives a very good flavor. This is a quick and simple biriyani or very healthy, vegetable rice. My son was told to bring vegetable pulao for a potluck kid’s party. I made this item for the kids. They enjoyed it, since it’s less spicy and having an appealing smell of Mint leaves and other spices. This is nicer when it’s cold, so u can even send this in the lunch box for the kids who like rice. Ingredients Vegetables-Carrot, beans, corn, Onion, Tomato, Cabbage-1/2 cup Rice-2cups Ghee-2tsp Oil-1tsp Mint leaves-1/2 cup Yogurt-1tbsp Ginger-garlic-green chili paste-1tbsp Salt-to taste Sugar-1tsp Saffron-4-5 strands (Optional) Cashews, Raisins- Black Cardamom, cloves, Fennel seeds, Cinnammon-Powdered 1-2 tsp Method Cook rice after adding water just to cover it. Mango Parfait-Perfect Summer Dessert

Mango Parfait  is a perfect summer dessert for you and your family. Easiest Dessert Ever!!!! Ingredients 1. Yogurt – 1cup (Take ‘hung curd ‘to avoid excess water in the yogurt. To make hung curd, hang required amount of curd in a muslin cloth for an hour for draining the liquid out. ) 2. Icing sugar/Powdered sugar – 2tbsp 3. Mango – 1-2 numbers 4. Crushed Ice –Optional 5. Cut Mango pieces – As per your taste. 6. Maple Syrup/Honey – As per your taste. Method of Preparation 1. Mix in sugar into yogurt. 2. Puree 1 mango. 3. Spoon 1/4 portion of  mango puree into a glass. Top with 1/2 cup yogurt. Spoon cut mango chunks to this .Add in Maple Syrup/Honey to this. Top with remaining yogurt and mango puree. On top add crushed ice. 4.
