Fried Chicken -

You all must try this recipe~ This fried chicken is so much like Kentucky Fried Chicken,soft inside and crispy outside. Ingredients Chicken(Boneless& Skinless)-500g Oil-To fry Pepper-1 tbsp Vinegar-1 tsp Salt- For Marination Turmeric powder-1tsp Chilly powder-1tbsp Garlic paste-1 tbsp Onion-1 no Curry leaves-1 spring. For coating Flour- Red chilly powder-1tsp Salt- Method Of Preparation 1.Boil chicken with salt ,pepper and 1 tsp vinegar.Add 1 tbsp water only,if necessary. 2.Make a paste of all the ingredients in the marination list.Marinate and refrigerate  it for 1 hour. 3.Mix dry flour,salt and chilly powder. Roll the marinated chicken in the flour and fry in very hot oil until crispy and golden . Serve it with rice.Here I have served it with Spinach and Lemon rice . ENJOY!!!!!

Butter Milk Scones.

Scones Scones hail from Scotland.This is a quick breakfast bread recipe.Add 1/4 cup wheat flout to 1 cup Plain flour to make this recipe healthy.You can substitute wheat flour with oatmeal/flax meal or whole meal. Adding buttermilk also makes it rich in nutrients.Quick and yummy breakfast in 20 minutes. Ingredients Flour-1 cup Wheat flour-1/4-1/2 cup Powdered sugar-4 tbsp(Only lightly sweetened) Cold unsalted Butter-25 g Buttermilk-3-4 tbsp Baking powder-1/4 tsp Method of preparation Mix flour,wheat flour and baking powder well.Now mince cold unsalted butter to the dry ingredients and mix it well with fingers;Now the flour will resemble breadcrumbs. Now add in sugar and mix once again.Slowly add buttermilk and mix everything into a ball. Palak Paratha(Spinach Bread)

Spinach Paratha India is famous for its varieties of flat breads called Chapatis or Parathas.We can make this in many ways.Here I am showing a very simple version of Spinach Paratha.This is similar to Spinach pie. Ingredients Whole wheat flour-2 cups Warm water-2 tbsp Salt Spinach leaves-1 bunch Coriander powder-1tsp Cumin Powder(Optional)-1/2 tsp Method Of Preparation 1. Boil water after adding some salt.Wash the spinach leaves and when water starts boiling ,add spinach into this and turn off the heat. After 2 minutes take spinach from the water and allow it to cool. 2. Make a smooth paste with spinach,add in the coriander and cumin powders,mix well. 3. Make a smooth chapati dough with Wheat flour,salt,spinach paste and warm water.Add the water only if it is needed. Now make small balls from the dough and roll it flat into Parathas. Here is a simple Cake recipe which can be a great accompaniment to TEA/Coffee.Chocolate and coffee flavor makes it more delicious and sour cream gives a unique taste that every one would love for.No toppings since this is purely for a simple evening coffee. Ingredients All purpose flour- 1 cup Cocoa powder-4 tbsp Sour cream -3 tbsp Sugar-1 - 1 1/2 cup Salt- a pinch Baking powder- 2 tsp Milk-2 tbsp Hot coffee-1/4 cup (Or as much as to make a thick cake batter) Vegetable Oil-1 tbsp Method Of Preparation 1.Mix and sieve all the dry ingredients.   2.Add in Milk,sour cream and 1 tbsp coffee.Slowly incorporate enough coffee to get a smooth and thick batter. 3.Preheat oven for 5 minutes at 180 degrees. Bake the cake for 40 minutes. Enjoy with a cup of Coffee/tea/Milk!

Goan Fish Curry

Ingredients 1.Fish-Any White Fish-(I used 'Indian spiny turbot')- 2.Tomato-1 no 3.Onion-1 no 4.Curry Leaves- 5.Oil-1 tbsp 6.Mustard seeds- 7.Coriander leaves- 8.coconut milk-1 cup 2.For Masala Cloves-4-5 Cardamom-1 no Garlic-4-5 pods Ginger-1 small piece Cumin powder-1tsp Chilly Powder-11/2 tbsp Turmeric-1tsp Sugar-1tsp Salt-to taste Coriander Powder-1 tbsp White Vinegar-1 tbsp Method Of Preparation Make a paste with all the ingredients above. Heat Oil in a sauce pan.Add chopped Onion.When it turns light brown,add the masala paste.Mix well and cook until oil separates. Now add tomato and cook until almost dry. Add coconut milk and water.Cook until sauce thickens.Add the fish and cook well. Tampering In 1 tsp oil,splutter mustard seeds,add curry leaves and pour over the curry. Garnish with coriander leaves.Serve with rice. ENJOY!!

Mortadella Sandwich

Ingredients (Here is the ingredients for 2 sandwiches) Mortadella-4 slices Olive oil-1 tsp Burger bun/Brioche buns sliced horizontally- Lettuce leaves- Chilly Mayonnaise-2 tsp Mustard paste-2tsp Boiled Chick peas-2 tbsp Salt and Pepper- Method 1.Toast the burger bun (after cutting it into 2 halves) in a splash of Olive oil. 2. Cook the mortadella slices on a hot dry skillet until brown.This will take almost 2 minutes on one side and then flip it and cook for 2 more minutes. 3.Apply mayo and mustard on the bun slices(I used chilly mayonnaise).  Then top it with 2 slices of mortadella,chick peas,lettuce leaves and close the sandwich with the other half.
