Hot Fudge Pudding Cake
Hot chocolate fudge pudding recipe is a very simple dessert.Serve it with Ice cream if you like.But this as such is so delicious.Very few ingredients and so quick to cook.Here is the recipe. 90% of this recipe is adapted from Betty Crocker's recipe. Ingredients 1.All purpose flour- 11/2cup 2.Sugar-3/4 cup 3.Baking powder-2tsp 4.Cocoa powder-2tbsp 5.Salt-1 pinch 6.Milk-1/2 cup 7.Veg.Oil-2tbsp Brown Sugar-2tbsp Cocoa-1/4 cup (for topping) Hot water-1/4 cup Method Of Preparation 1.Preheat oven to 180 degrees. 2. Mix dry ingredients from 1-5 very well. Add in veg.oil and then milk and make a smooth batter. 3.Now spread this in an ungreased baking dish. 4.Make a layer of cocoa and brown sugar on this batter. 5.Now pour 1/4 cup very hot water on to this.Do not stir. 6.Now bake this for 30-40 minutes,until top part gets dry. Serve this with Ice cream.
