Vegetable hakka noodles

Hakka noodles is my favorite food.Recipe is solely my innovation.Please try this and enjoy,it's so simple and extremely delicious. I use a grill pan for assorting veggies and noodles so that I get a fried texture even with very less oil. I have used dark soy sauce hence the color. Ingredients Noodles-3 packs Veggies-Carrots,Peas,Bell peppers,Sprouts and spring onion Oil-1 -2 tsp Soy sauce-1-2 tsp Worcester sauce-1 tsp Vinegar- 2 tsp Salt- 1 tsp Green chilles-2 nos Garlic-2 cloves Ginger -Cut longitudinally Red chillies(dry)-1 no Method of preparation Cook noodles according to packet instructions. Heat oil in a grill pan and saute crushed garlic and dry red chilly. Saute veggies in this  oil. Add ginger and green chillies. Now add the noodles along with 1 cup water in which it was cooked. When everything get cooked and dried,add the sauces and allow it to fry for 3-4 minutes. Garnish with spring onions. ENJOY!

Fried rice comes from Chinese cuisine.But Chinese barely add minced meat to the Fried rice,but why not think out of the box? We can call this an Indo-Chinese fusion recipe. Chilly Idlies are Indo-Chinese fusion recipe.I tasted this from one elegant vegetarian restaurant in Dubai. Here I have tried to bring the same taste .Please try this at home and tell me how you find it.This is so easy to make and you can serve it as a starter. Ingredients Idlies-Cut idlies into wedges. Dry chilly flakes-1 tsp Oil-2 tbsp Garlic-2 cloves chopped Onion-1 chopped Bell peppers-1 big Spring onion/scallion-1 small bunch Red chilly sauce-1 tbsp Soy sauce 1 tsp Method Of Preparation 1. Fry Idlies in 1 tsp oil until crisp.You can sprinkle some salt on the Idlies to enhance its taste. 2.In a wok/pan add in 1 tbsp oil.Saute garlic and red chilly flakes. Vegetable Fried Rice

Veg.Fried Rice Chinese Fried rice is quick and easy to cook and every one’s favorite too. This is a basic recipe for fried rice. You can add in eggs, shrimp, sausages or chicken to this, according to your taste buds. Ingredients Cooked rice- 2 cups Mixed vegetables-1 cup Spring Onion/Scallions-1/2 cup Red chili-2no Garlic-1 finely chopped Ginger-Julian cut 2 tsp Salt-to taste Worcester  sauce-2 tbsp How to do Heat a wok, add 1 tbsp oil. Add in red chili flakes and garlic chopped. Add ½ cup scallions,ginger and 1 cup mixed veggies. (I prefer French beans, carrots, bell pepper, mushrooms) Saute  well and stir fry. Add the cooked rice, salt and  Worcester  sauce. Now mix well and close the wok and ke ep it on medium fire for 10 minutes. Garnish with spring onion. Serve hot with any side dish you prefer.

Classic American chop suey consists of elbow macaroni and bits of cooked ground beef with sautéed onion and green pepper in a thick tomato- based sauce.Though this decidedly American comfort food is clearly influenced by Italian-American cuisine, it is known as a chop suey because it is a combo meal with meat and vegetables.  But my recipe is Chinese-American C hop Suey with only vegetables and Noodles instead of Pasta. You can add chicken or meat and chicken stock instead of vegetable stock.
