Prawns are the tastiest sea food according to me.Easy to cook,hardly needs 3-4 minutes cooking time.Though toasted prawns are really divine,today,sharing a yummy curry with Prawns which can be served with chapati/rice. Ingredients Prawns -500g Garlic paste-1/2tsp Mustard seeds-1 tsp Fenugreek seeds-1tsp Raw Mango-1 no Shallots-8-10 nos Coriander leaves- Curry leaves- Garlic -1 clove Salt and pepper Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp Dry red Chilly-4 nos Coconut oil-2tsp Grated coconut-1 cup salt-to taste Kokum-2 nos soaked in water-(discard the water after soaking)-OPTIONAL Method of preparation 1.Marinate Prawns with salt,pepper and garlic paste. 2.In a sauce pan ,heat 1 tsp oil and add mustard and fenugreek seeds.When it starts to splutter,add dry red chilies,shallots,1 garlic clove,salt,pepper,curry leaves and turmeric powder. Goan Fish Curry

Ingredients 1.Fish-Any White Fish-(I used 'Indian spiny turbot')- 2.Tomato-1 no 3.Onion-1 no 4.Curry Leaves- 5.Oil-1 tbsp 6.Mustard seeds- 7.Coriander leaves- 8.coconut milk-1 cup 2.For Masala Cloves-4-5 Cardamom-1 no Garlic-4-5 pods Ginger-1 small piece Cumin powder-1tsp Chilly Powder-11/2 tbsp Turmeric-1tsp Sugar-1tsp Salt-to taste Coriander Powder-1 tbsp White Vinegar-1 tbsp Method Of Preparation Make a paste with all the ingredients above. Heat Oil in a sauce pan.Add chopped Onion.When it turns light brown,add the masala paste.Mix well and cook until oil separates. Now add tomato and cook until almost dry. Add coconut milk and water.Cook until sauce thickens.Add the fish and cook well. Tampering In 1 tsp oil,splutter mustard seeds,add curry leaves and pour over the curry.
