Prawns and mango curry recipe

Prawns are the tastiest sea food according to me.Easy to cook,hardly needs 3-4 minutes cooking time.Though toasted prawns are really divine,today,sharing a yummy curry with Prawns which can be served with chapati/rice. Ingredients Prawns -500g Garlic paste-1/2tsp Mustard seeds-1 tsp Fenugreek seeds-1tsp Raw Mango-1 no Shallots-8-10 nos Coriander leaves- Curry leaves- Garlic -1 clove Salt and pepper Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp Dry red Chilly-4 nos Coconut oil-2tsp Grated coconut-1 cup salt-to taste Kokum-2 nos soaked in water-(discard the water after soaking)-OPTIONAL Method of preparation 1.Marinate Prawns with salt,pepper and garlic paste. 2.In a sauce pan ,heat 1 tsp oil and add mustard and fenugreek seeds.When it starts to splutter,add dry red chilies,shallots,1 garlic clove,salt,pepper,curry leaves and turmeric powder.
