Pepper Chicken

For all those chicken lovers out there, today I present before you, Pepper Chicken! It’s my own creation, if you insist, I can say, its an Indo-Chinese cuisine. One thing I can guaranty is the taste. So let’s begin. Ingredients Boneless skinless chicken- 250 g cut into cubes. Onion    -1 big Garlic   - 2 cloves Bell pepper-1 medium sized Soy sauce - 2 tsp Pepper - according to taste Coconut milk powder-1 tbsp Sugar - 1/2 tsp Curry leaves Salt Canola oil /vegetable oil - 3 tsp Method Of Preparation Heat a wok and add 2 tsp oil. Add chopped garlic and curry leaves. To this add chicken cubes and sauté for 2 minutes. Add salt and onion  cubes .Close with a lid for 2 minutes. Add 2 tsp black pepper. Now add bell pepper and cook for 5-7 minutes. When the chicken is cooked well, add soy sauce and simmer.   When the chicken is fairly dry, add 1/2 tsp of sugar and more pepper. Now the tricky part. Chicken Dry fry

This recipe is an easy Chicken dry fry with only 2 tsp oil. Ingredients Chicken -500 g Ginger-garlic paste-2tsp Red chilly powder-3tsp Coriander powder-1tsp Pepper Powder-1 tsp Coriander leaves- Soy sauce- 1 tbsp Tomato sauce- 1-2 tsp Cinnamon and Clove powder- 1 tsp Salt - to taste Method Of Preparation Marinate chicken with all the ingredients. In a pan add 2 tsp oil.Add chicken and cook until done.No need to add any water. Once all the water that has come from the chicken is absorbed and the chicken is done,add coriander leaves and more pepper powder according to your taste. Serve with fried rice or any kind of bread.

This time of the year is perfect for something spicy---This spicy Chicken curry is well known to many,but deepsrecipes is trying to simplify the method. You all must try this recipe~ This fried chicken is so much like Kentucky Fried Chicken,soft inside and crispy outside. Ingredients Chicken(Boneless& Skinless)-500g Oil-To fry Pepper-1 tbsp Vinegar-1 tsp Salt- For Marination Turmeric powder-1tsp Chilly powder-1tbsp Garlic paste-1 tbsp Onion-1 no Curry leaves-1 spring. For coating Flour- Red chilly powder-1tsp Salt- Method Of Preparation 1.Boil chicken with salt ,pepper and 1 tsp vinegar.Add 1 tbsp water only,if necessary. 2.Make a paste of all the ingredients in the marination list.Marinate and refrigerate  it for 1 hour. 3.Mix dry flour,salt and chilly powder. Roll the marinated chicken in the flour and fry in very hot oil until crispy and golden . Serve it with rice.Here I have served it with Spinach and Lemon rice . ENJOY!!!!!

Mint Chicken Recipe (Low-Fat)

Another very quick and easy dry chicken recipe.You can serve this with Coconut-Rice  or curried chicken or veggies. Ingredients Skinless Chicken- 200g Onion- 1 big sliced Ginger- ½ inch piece Garlic – 2 cloves Mint leaves – bountiful Chilly powder – 2 tsp Coriander powder – 2 tsp Salt – To taste Spices crushed- 1 tsp (Cardamom, Cinnamon, Cloves and Fennel seeds) Optional Potato – 1 medium cut into cubes Coconut small pieces -2 tbsp Method of Preparation Clean and cut chicken. Make a paste of ginger, garlic and mint leaves. Marinate chicken with onion slices, Spices, Chilly, coriander, salt and the mint paste .Add in potatoes and coconut pieces. Rub in this marinade well into the chicken and keep aside for 2 hours. Cook this well (in a pressure cooker) Now, heat a skillet, add in a tsp of oil.
