Ingredients For the short cake Flour-2cups Baking powder-1tbsp Sugar-5tbsp Butter-80 g Oil-1tbsp Buttermilk-1 cup Vanilla essence-2tsp For Filling Fresh Strawberry-8-10 no Sugar-2tbsp Heavy Cream-1cup Vanilla essence-1tsp Icing sugar-2 tsp Crush the strawberries with fingers and add in the sugar.Keep this refrigerated for 30 minutes-1 hr. Method of preparation Mix all dry ingredients for the cake. Cut the butter into the dry flour mixture and mix with fingers until the mixture is coarse.
