Only thing is that, we should try to keep a time for snacking. Avocad o is Mexican in origin and packed with mono saturated fat.Avocado speeds up metabolism and thus helps to loose weight. Monounsaturated fats help lower LDL (bad) cholesterol while also boosting HDL (good) cholesterol. This recipe is also called Guacamole. You can serve this with Nachos/Tortilla corn chips.
