This is a low calorie,vegetarian recipe.Specially made with all nutritious,low fat ingredients.
This can be a great healthy,energy giving snack for kids.
We are using semolina,almonds,bran flakes etc;for this reason,this laddoo can be a choice for those on diet.
Sugar used in recipe is not a negative point compared to the other important ingredients like bran.Bran is a vital substance that provide dietary fiber and essential fatty acids.
INGREDIENTS
Semolina-1 cup
Bran flakes-1/2 cup
Almonds-1/4 cup
Sugar-As per required
Dry Coconut-2 tbsp
Cardamom powder-1tsp
Low fat milk-2 tbsp
Pistachios for garnishing.
Method Of preparation
Fry semolina on medium heat in a dry pan.

Add the powdered bran flakes ,almond powder,cardamom,coconut and sugar.

Bran flakes
Stir it for 2-3 minutes.Now add low fat milk and mix well until it gets cooked.
When it is still warm make balls and garnish with nuts.

The World Health Organisation (WHO) observes APRIL 7 as the World Health Day   to draw attention to their priorities for global health.April 7 is also the anniversary of founding of WHO in 1948.
