Lebanese Dessert (Aish Al Saraya)

" HAPPY FATHER'S DAY...To All !!!
On the occasion of Father's day,deepsrecipes shares a different and very tasty dessert.
This is a very easy Lebanese dessert recipe,which is similar to Indian Royal Hyderabadi dessert "Shahi Tukra" or "Double Ka Meeta".
Actually,History says that Hyderabad royal cuisine is a fusion of Arabic and other rich tastes.
So here is a special,easy dessert for my dear readers .Please try this at home and enjoy.
This is my own version of the recipe,your comments  awaited.
Ingredients
Bread-5 no
Milk-2 cups
Sugar-1/2 cup
Cardamom Powder-a pinch
(This is my addition)
Clarified Butter-to shallow fry the bread pieces.
Crushed Pistachios - 
Method of Preparation
Shallow fry bread pieces (cut into squares) in butter.

Boil milk,add sugar and reduce it to a thick creamy consistency.Add cardamom.

Arrange fried bread pieces in a dish.Pour the milk sauce on top.
Garnish with crushes Pistachios.


A very delicious,rich & creamy bread pudding is ready in minutes.
