Egg Puff

This is my 100th blog post..One full year passed by..And this culinary journey continues ...
Thanks to each and every one in my new blog world and social networking ...It's a real pleasure to share my recipes with you all.

EGG PUFF..Everyone may have childhood memories connected with this snack? 
Try this one at home,it's super simple and can be a good tea time snack.
Serve hot egg puffs straight from the oven when your kids come back after school,what else can they ask for?Vegetarians,substitute egg with veg filling.So here is the recipe.
Ingredients
For the filling
Eggs-3nos (Boiled)
Onion-2 big
Chilly powder-1tsp
Pepper powder-1 tsp
Salt-to taste
Meat masala powder-1 tsp
For the outer layer-Puff pastry sheets
Method
1.Boil eggs.Cut them into half and sprinkle salt and pepper.
2.Saute chopped onion in 1 tsp oil.Add the powders and cook well.


3.Now preheat the oven at 230 degrees.
4.Take one puff pastry sheet.Keep the filling at the middle and fold it in the shape of an egg puff.

5.Bake for 25-30 minutes or until it turns golden brown.
Delicious egg puffs ready in no time..ENJOY!!
